Introduction

At Katharsis Journeys, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could affect your ability to participate in our events. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms to ensure transparency and understanding.

1. Cancellation by the Participant

1.1 If you cancel your booking more than 60 days before the start date of the event, we will refund 100% of your payment, minus a 5% administrative fee.

1.2 If you cancel your booking between 30 to 60 days before the start date of the event, we will refund 50% of your payment.

1.3 If you cancel your booking less than 30 days before the start date of the event, no refunds will be issued.

2. Cancellation by Katharsis Journeys

2.1 In the unlikely event that Katharsis Journeys cancels an event, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to another event.

2.2 Katharsis Journeys is not responsible for any additional costs or losses incurred by the participant due to the cancellation of the event. This includes, but is not limited to, flight cancellation fees, visa fees, and other related costs.

3. Transfer of Booking

3.1 If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your booking to another person, provided you inform us at least 30 days before the start date of the event. The new participant must meet all the requirements of the event and complete all necessary paperwork.

4. Non-Attendance

4.1 If you do not show up for the event or leave before the event concludes, no refunds will be issued.

5. Refund Process

5.1 All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving a written cancellation notice.

6. Exceptions

6.1 Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of Katharsis Journeys in extenuating circumstances. Any exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Agreement

7.1 By making a booking with Katharsis Journeys, you agree to this refund policy and acknowledge understanding of its terms and conditions.
